Be sure and take some mosquito repellent with you on your Mexico and Brazil Trips. Avon Skin So Soft is excellent for no-see-ems and mosquitoes. My experience demonstrates that the insect are not a big problem but I recommend taking a precaution.
We furnish towels and do laundry while you are in camp as a convenience to our customers so that they will not have to carry excessive luggage.
BRING THE FOLLOWING:
1. Sunscreen and lip screen
2. Insect repellant
3. Rain suit
4. Snacks for boat – cheese/peanut butter cracker, beef jerky, etc. (we provide beverages)
7. Light jacket for early morning & late evening
8. Diarrhea medicine – just in case
9. Wide-brimmed hat
We highly recommend using Martin Travel for air on our Brazil and Mexico Trips. They will provide you with discounted rates on your hotel rooms in Mexico which is not part of your cost to us. A delay in making reservations could make it difficult to get a room for the pick up to our lakes in Mexico. Call Karen at Martin Travel for reservations. Her number is 954 748 6881.
The recommended lures you take will depend on who you talk to and what they had luck on.
Watermelon or green lizards and worms.
Flukes - large white
80 pound Power Pro for jigs and spinners
Flora Carbon Line for crank-bates
Craws for trailers. Reddish brown with white -everything works- chartreuse die to dip the tail. The guides love the garlic die.
IF YOU HAVE CONFIDENCE IN IT THEN TAKE IT.
